Holland Ranch Wedding & Lighting – September 3, 2011

A huge “Thank You!!” to Jonathan Roberts of Bluephoto Wedding Photography for these amazing photos.

Every wedding and reception is special and memorable at the Holland Ranch in San Luis Obispo. Shannon and Ryan added to the uniqueness of this venue by bringing in a few extras. One of these “extras” was the Enjoy Cupcakes trailer. As their website says, “Guests will ENJOY treats served out of an adorable restored vintage Shasta trailer…twinkling lights, a festive canopy & a wafting sweet smell will make your event unique & unforgettable.” They definitely accomplished this. Another extra was the lighting they had us provide in various areas outside. We did amber up-lighting on a couple of the trees and other landscaping along the driveway (as seen as the backdrop in the antique car photo) and also on the front of the barn. This was the first time we did full lighting at the Holland Ranch and the effects were elegant and dramatic. The last “extra” we’re highlighting is the gorgeous and pristine Cadillac that Ryan and Shannon drove away in as they started their new life together. What a perfect finale to an absolutely perfect celebration! Congratulations to this beautiful couple!

Ryan and Shannon’s review from WeddingWire:
Chris Bailey was a pleasure to work with on my wedding day at Holland Ranch in San Luis Obispo! He provided us with ceremony music and sound, reception DJ services as well as lighting services. He was so friendly, professional and approachable. Not only was he easy for us to work with, but he worked well with all of our vendors and made both our ceremony and reception run so smoothly. He used all of our suggestions for songs and understood our music style so well that he would add in other songs that would blend perfect with our tastes! Everyone in our families were so impressed with the music and that it made it easy for them to get up and dance!!!
